The process opens a window in the Wii U Web browser that allows you to login to your Google account. The process takes about 10 minutes to upload a two minute video. The videos are capped at 3 minutes.

So you don't miss out on all the videos. I downloaded the retro levels, a few costumes and I am really excited how Nintendo keeps adding content to the game. I wish the 3DS version would catch up with features.
